Pre Project Site Evaluation to Establish Client Requirements

Concept development and sketches

Our team will provide concept plans and give you the chance to visualize your project while its taking shape. Your input at this point is vital to the development of your project and ensures the end product will be exactly what you expected.

Full Project Documentation Including Architectural and Engineering Plans

Once you’ve seen the virtual 3D representation of your project and worked with us to refine its design, our team will prepare all the documentation to get it ready for submission to all the relevant authorities. This way you can sit back and relax knowing your project is in the most capable hands.

Council Approvals

There are various authorities that may need to be notified of your proposed development. These can include your local council, Landcorp, FESA, the Water Corporation, Western Power, Alinta Gas, Testra, and the Rail Authority. This can be stressful and time consuming and take away from your every day responsibilities. This is why we take care of it all! We will contact all the relevant authorities about your project and negotiate with them directly.

Project Management and Construction Timelines

Once we have taken care of all the approvals needed to get your project started, we will put our project management system in place. You will receive a Construction Schedule so that you can plan other important contingencies such as progress claims, sales marketing, and settlement dates. This way you’re always informed on the progress of your project and can plan related issues with confidence of a definite completion date.

Quality Construction

Once construction is started you are free to contact us at any time to discuss questions and concerns as well as plan to visit the site. Your development is updated regularly on Facebook so there is no need to leave your home or office to see how it is progressing. This is also a great way to keep your friends, family, and colleagues up to date on the exciting progress.

Handover

When your new development is finished we will meet you onsite for the final inspection. Here, the keys will be yours, but that doesn’t mean the end of the client relationship. If you ever have any dramas or concerns, just let us know and we will be happy to assist in any way that we can.
