This is an office warehouse construction project for Eastern States client and was built in Gnangara for investment purposes. They wanted a building with an office and warehouse. Given the size of the lot, we were able to maximise the ground floor for the warehouse space and the second floor for the office space. Client is satisfied with the quality and how the project was handled.
