Director Adam Jupp was born and bred in the building industry. He is renowned for his hands on, personal approach and strong expectation for excellence in every building project he completes. His commitment is so embedded in his processes that, although he has assembled a team of the most highly skilled tradespeople in Perth, he still personally overseas every project he undertakes.

Our director Adam Jupp was born and bred in the construction industry, his fathers company, Gemini Formwork, ran successfully for two decades. This exposed him to construction industry insights from a young age and gave him the opportunity to learn from his father for 20 years. While developing his own commercial investments he started using tilt-up construction and was astounded by the quality, speed, low cost and efficiency of the technique. Following this Adam started Smallbrook Construction and Development in 2001 to offer this technique to other commercial developers in WA. In 2012 Rapid Tilt was launched to convey its streamlined, fast and efficient tilt-up construction system, which delivers on time and on budget every time.
As director of Rapid Tilt, Adam guarantees to be your first and only point of contact, from the initial engagement to handing over the keys. His commitment is to be a proactive and responsive part of all projects.
Qualifications: Associate Diploma of Applied Science for Construction, Member of the Master Builders Association, Member of Wesbuilders, WA.
