Demolition of an old office and the construction of a new 800m2 office with lift, also a full office renovation to Building 2 with outdoor alfresco and entertaining area. This full construction was completed with the client operating from the existing buildings. Large amount of organising and communication were required with the clients so we could both operate in conjunction.
